2011 Retirement Plan Limits

I'm not expecting the limits to change, but it sure would be nice if they would give us the official word already. Guess everyone's too engrossed with midterm elections to care in Washington, DC.

    Huh, I had thought they were already published for next year without any increase, but my research shows you're right... there has been no published notice yet. Like you I don't expect any changes for next year, though with none for last year perhaps the last two years combined will have enough increase in whatever they measure to add an extra $500.

    IRA limits will remain the same (insider info). I don't have any official word on the 401ks, but assume they will also be the same, considering the lack of inflation and lack of IRA limit increases.
